After speaking with the man up front I was asked what it would cost for an oil change, I was told they needed to get the oil filter elsewhere. They said they found it for a reasonable price I said great whats it going to cost me for the oil change. I was told wait they would let me know, so I sat down and waited for an hour. Then I was told my truck was ready and that I owed $365 dollars for the oil change. Over $100 more expensive than than the next highest place. When I asked why I wasnt notified of the cost before hand I was told, there's nothing we can do about the price. Yea you already did it to my truck I cant undo the oil change. The manager just told me, "will you just look at the receipt and see the charges". Its the same things I was getting everywhere I get my oil changed, nothing different. Just because you set astronomical prices in your system doesnt mean its right. I would have walked out immediately if they would have told me that price. Moral of the story is keep hounding these people for cost and dont assume they are still planning on telling you the price when they tell you they will before they start the work, I assumed they were waiting for an answer on the f

Went to Big O today on a Saturday for front brakes and rotors. Walked in at 7am sharp the service desk was polite, friendly, and efficient. I received front pads and rotors at a really affordable price and was back on the road in no time flat. Car has never felt as crisp as it does now, would highly recommend and will be back in the future. I was also informed the parts come with a full lifetime warranty to include wear and tear something I wasn’t aware of or even expecting. Best experience I’ve had in recent years when it comes to car repair.

Convenient, easy, quick, courteous, very helpful. All my questions were answered quickly with pricing. Had great advice on what to do next. I felt very well taken care of. 10/10. Needed 5 14 ply tires for my trailer, quickly. They got it done same day from when I called in

I had a great experience with Big O Tires. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The environment was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated while waiting. Before purchasing, I checked with several businesses around town to compare quotes and find the best quality tires within my price range. Big O Tires was competitive on price and completely transparent. They took the time to explain options from their lowest to highest brand-name tires, including details about warranty, safety, performance, and long-term value vs least expensive options. I was a walk-in customer, had only a brief wait time, and the service was quick and efficient. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. Big O is my go to place of choice. I highly recommend them.

They guys were super awesome! My appt was at 10 and they had my truck back there by 10 and in less than 30 mins they were done. They even told me I had a headlight out and asked I'd they could fix it for me while I was there real quick. The price I paid was great as well. They beat everyone else's prices. I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys!!
